This development has transformed a disused 4 storey office block into a 6 story residential unit, consisting of 54 one & two bedroom apartments. Craddys were involved in investigatory works to assess the overall condition of the RC frame as well as it’s likelihood to be able to carry the new load from the additional storey. Craddys were able to justify the structure with only minor repairs required, unlocking considerable potential for residential space.
