We have dedicated mental health first aiders who serve as trusted points of contact for any team members facing mental health challenges or emotional distress.
Fitness Clubs
We have running and cycle clubs within our offices; annual fitness and wellbeing challenge groups and regular opportunities to play team sports. We also encourage everyone to step out for a refreshing lunchtime walk.

We run regular wellbeing and movement initiatives and aspire to create an environment where everyone's mental health and wellbeing are a top priority.

Our regular mental health and wellbeing newsletters cover a range of topics and offer general wellbeing advice.
