This new development in Chipping Sodbury consisted of the construction of 58 new homes and 2 blocks of flats with associated infrastructure and parking. Craddys provided the structural design works in relation to the substructure and superstructure elements. This included bespoke steel elements, connection designs, retaining walls, plot specific piled foundations and external timber carports.
