The extension and refurbishment to an existing store. This was particularly challenging due to the new side extension being constructed in a very tight area where access needed to be maintained to the car park. The project included a time critical store shutdown in order to complete the refurbishment, the entire design philosophy revolved around phased working to ensure the store was closed for the least amount of time.
