This project involved the construction of a new supermarket, including car parking and access highways works. A number of challenges were overcome in the design and construction phase, including dealing with a severely sloping site, large retaining structures, heavily restrictive foul and surface water drainage options, bespoke stonework detailing both on the store building and around the site, and a challenging highways agreement.
