Craddys carried out a feasibility study into the refurbishment of the Grade II listed former Eldridge Pope Brewhouse for conversion into a hotel and part of the redevelopment of the Brewery site. Craddys brief was to develop a strategy that would allow a sympathetic restoration of the existing building, retaining as much of the important heritage features whilst providing a space fit for its intended use. This included the assessment of the structure to accommodate a vertical extension.
