This new build store comprises a steel frame structure on piled foundations, with pre-cast concrete piles in lengths of up to 28m. The site was previously undeveloped, and required a detailed Flood Risk Assessment, sustainable drainage design and significant enabling and temporary works to deal with the problematic estuarine ground conditions.
