Curo Housing – Century Park Development

We are very pleased to see the progress of Curo’s Century Park, a 128-home residential development in Lawrence Weston Bristol, for which Craddys provided the civil and structural engineering design.

The site is underlain by deep variable made ground and therefore the houses are all founded on pre-cast driven piles to a depth of circa 9m, almost 900 piles in total, with pre-cast ground beams to support the load bearing walls.

You can see in the final photo the installed pile and ground beams ready to receive the brick and blockwork.
