Shaldon Road wins! Craddys are delighted to announce that our recently completed low carbon residential project has won the Social Housing Award at the Insider Property Awards 2022.
The project brings 50 high-quality affordable and shared ownership homes. All with a focus on social value, carbon reduction, energy use management and creating a thriving community.
Craddys provided Civil & Structural engineering services initially on behalf of Brighter Places and then via the Design and Build Contractor, United Living. Well done to the entire team and what a brilliant example of sustainable design being front and centre.
