Craddys Go ‘Potty’ For Cakes!

Craddys have successfully raised funds for the charity ‘Toilet Twinning’ in time for World Toilet Day on the 19th November.

Toilet Twinning provides safe latrines and clean water in some of the poorest nations by inviting people to twin their own toilet with a latrine abroad; this then helps the 40% of the world’s population who don’t have somewhere safe and hygienic to go to the loo. Twinners even get a certificate, complete with a photo and GPS coordinates so they can look up their twinned toilet on Google Maps.

Craddys were able to twin 2 of their office toilets with toilets in Cambodia and Malawi from funds which they raised by hosting a bake sale at their office in the Eden Office Park in Ham Green. Craddys has also supported the charity in previous years, twinning 2 of its office toilets with toilets in Uganda and Bangladesh.
