Claudia Spencer is the latest engineer to join the team at Craddys! After working in a London based consultancy for a year and a half, Claudia decided to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city with a year out exploring and surfing her way down the coast of South America. Now back and eager to get stuck into the challenging work Craddys have to offer, she has this to say about her first few weeks working at our Bristol office:
“My first month at Craddys has included some exciting site visits and involvement with a great mix of projects. I have visited a cider farm in Somerset, a church in Gloucestershire and an aerosol manufacturing plant in Wiltshire with vibration sensitive machinery. For the plant in Wiltshire, I am now eager to get involved with the design of the foundations and floor slab, which need to be structurally isolated to prevent passage of vibration and dynamic forces impacting the surrounding structure and user comfort. Craddys have been excellent in getting me involved and I am looking forward to learning more”.
