ROMOTION NEWS 🍾 Huge Congratulations to Joe Kendall who has been promoted to Director.
Joe joined Craddys in July 2014 as a Graduate Engineer after achieving a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff. From day one, he made a strong impression, quickly progressing through the company thanks to his solid technical expertise across all areas of civil and structural engineering. Joe was promoted to Associate in 2020 and became a Senior Associate in 2022.
In 2025, he opened our new Bath office and joined the Board of the Bath Property Collective—another milestone in his impressive career. A highly valued member of the Craddys team, Joe is respected and admired by colleagues and clients alike. He works tirelessly to help the company grow, while always finding time to mentor and support engineers at every level.
This promotion is a well-earned recognition of more than a decade of hard work, dedication, and engineering excellence. Here’s to Joe’s continued success – and to the next decade!
