GWAAC Open Day

Yesterday Colin Davidson and Gemma Jones were honoured to represent Craddys, attending the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity Open Day at their fantastic base in Almondsbury.

They were given a tour of the base, a presentation by the charity staff on the impact GWAAC has made in the past year and got to hear from a number of key people, including one of their pilots and a Specialist Paramedic in Critical Care 🚁

We have been supporting GWAAC for the past year and as a company, we are aware of what incredible work they do, but it was very eye-opening to see the facts and statistics around their running and operating costs, the fact that they are completely charity funded, and mostly, the huge amount of lives that have been saved thanks to their presence 💚

We are very grateful to have such a service so close to Bristol and will continue our work to fundraise and increase awareness of them as one of our chosen charities 👏🙌
