FSB Awards – Craddys Nominated for National Diversity and Inclusion award

What a brilliant night at the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) UK Final awards last week. Director Nick Mills, Georgia Hone and Sam Bedri from our Diversity team travelled up to Blackpool after winning the South West FSB award for Diversity and Inclusion 🏆

We were dazzled by the beautiful venue at Winter Gardens, an aerial acrobatics performance and great entertainment, all of which were hosted by the one and only Tess Daly! Thank you to the FSB for inviting us along. We may not have won the UK award but we were inspired by other great SME businesses and want to wish all of the UK winners a huge congratulations 🥳

We will continue to make a difference and work on promoting diversity within the workplace and wider industry. It is extremely important to us that everyone at Craddys feel valued and included 💛
