Craddys’ team challenge – Exeter to Wakefield

This past weekend, Craddys pulled on our running shoes in homage to our new Wakefield office opening and ran over 420km (total of 424.84 km to be precise) from our Exeter office to our new Wakefield office.  Staff were encouraged to run, walk or crawl any given distance in efforts to boost the total and achieve our target.

We are pleased to announce that at around 8:45pm on Sunday evening we hit our goal and successfully traveled door to door (even stopping into our Bristol office on the way!). It’s amazing what a team of people can accomplish when challenged.  More so, it’s amazing how we are all still finding positives in a negative time.  Some staff had done very little running or walking for years; however they dug deep and even enjoyed themselves along the way.

Keeping active is so important, especially in the current climate. Fresh air and exercise can boost confidence, reduce stress and generally promote wellness, both physical and mental.  Watch this space for our next challenge!
