Craddys ICE-Approved Graduate Training Scheme

Our graduate training scheme has been approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) for another 5 years 🙏

Our scheme was first approved by the ICE in 2006 and has played a huge part in the success of the business, attracting first class graduates and providing a framework for their development.

With four of our Board of Directors and eight of our Associates having joined the practice as graduates, trained under the scheme, and progressed through the business, it’s easy to see how our ICE approved training scheme can benefit new graduates and set them on the road to a great career with Craddys 🙌.
