Craddys 0 – 5 Bristol Sands United

Pre-lockdown 2.0, Craddys’ football team managed to fit in a game v Bristol Sands United in their 3rd meeting to date. Further to previous meetings both teams had changes in line up and formations with Sands taking an early lead and continuing to apply pressure. Lockdown 1.0 may have had some impact on Craddys fitness levels; however they did manage to spurn some good chances. Sands scored a few more goals including an incredible 40 yard top corner strike and an eventful 5-0 win pulling back the ongoing series score to 2 games to 1. Craddys are looking forward to our next encounter and currently encouraging shooting practice at every opportunity.
