We are proud to announce our involvement in a pioneering, community led development project at Glencoyne Square, Southmead, bought to you by Southmead Development Trust. This project will deliver up to 187 affordable residential units , addressing the pressing need for both smaller and larger homes.
This ambitious scheme will also include new community spaces and significant public realm regeneration. Construction is set to commence in 2025, marking the first phase of a ground breaking master plan – one of the largest community led developments in the country.
