Bristol and Bath Science Park

Client: South Gloucestershire Council

Police Training Facility, Berkeley

Client: Gloucester Police Constabulary

Value: £5m – £10m

A state-of-the-art police training centre based within a completely renovated building. The two-storey former lab contains a conference venue, meeting and lecture rooms, canteen, gym, parade ground and parking. We delivered this fantastic sustainable project through all RIBA stages. A detailed analytical model was developed and we were able to demonstrate sufficient redundancy in the existing structure for proposed modifications without the need for structural strengthening works.
