This new retail park provided 30,000ft2 of retail units for tenants Waitrose, Aldi and Costa. The site was previously a green field site and as such, required a considerable amount of engineering input at pre-planning stage. Using advanced computer software and flood risk analysis experience Craddys were able to justify development in what was previous indicated to be functional flood plain. This work also unlocked additional parts of the site for further development.
