Craddys Lighthouse Charity Partnership Renewal

At Craddys, supporting our people is one of the most important investments we can make.

That’s why we’re pleased to have renewed our partnership with The Lighthouse Charity, providing our colleagues with access to a wide range of wellbeing, financial and emotional support services.

It’s been great to hear positive feedback from team members who have already benefited from the charity’s support, and I encourage everyone in the construction industry to take a look at what’s available and support this amazing charity.

Through the charity, we’ve also recently invested in training two more Mental Health First Aiders, helping us continue to build a supportive culture where colleagues know they’re not alone when facing challenges.

A huge thank you to James Scrivens, Rob Hunt, Gemma Jones and Rob Burgess for their commitment to supporting the wellbeing of others.

Together, we’re helping to create a workplace where it’s okay to ask for help and where support is always available.
