Last week, we launched EPIC Week across all of our offices – and what a week it was! 🎉
EPIC stands for our four core company values: Expertise, Positivity, Integrity, and Creativity – and we wanted to bring them to life for our team as well as have some fun.
Here’s how the week unfolded:
🧁 Monday kicked things off with cupcakes because let’s be honest, every good week begins with cake!
🧠 Tuesday was all about Expertise – we invited our team to share skills they want to learn and skills they can teach, celebrating the incredible breadth of talent we have across our business.
☀️ Wednesday focused on Positivity – with office playlists, lunchtime walks, and a run in Cardiff to get everyone moving, smiling, and connecting.
🤝 Thursday explored Integrity – our team worked through real-life scenarios and grey areas, reminding us all why doing the right thing matters, even when it isn’t easy.
🍕 Friday brought everyone together with a pizza lunch, games, and puzzles across all five offices – the perfect way to round off the week and celebrate Creativity in action.
We’re so proud of the team for embracing EPIC Week with such enthusiasm. These values aren’t just words on a wall, or for just a week – they’re how we work, every single day.
